About Us
Chantal B. Floyd, Esq. currently serves as Counsel for Aramark. In this role, she drafts, negotiates and manages complex legal documents within the Sports & Entertainment and Corrections lines of business. Prior to joining Aramark, Chantal worked as an Associate at an Am Law 200 civil defense firm in Philadelphia where she gained significant experience in the areas of products liability, premises liability and construction injury litigation. Chantal is a graduate of Temple University’s Beasley School of Law and is a recipient of the Russell Conwell Scholarship, named in honor of Russell Conwell, the founder of Temple University, and awarded to students based on outstanding academic performance. In 2015, she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in both Government & Politics and Psychology at the University of Maryland College Park.
Outside of her career, Chantal is a wife, mother, and a horror movie fanatic. When not spending time with family or watching movies, she enjoys skiing, dancing and spending time in nature.
Jordan Floyd is an Instructional Leader Fellow with Jounce Partners. In this role, Jordan works with the Executive Director to improve and refine the Jounce Coaching Model and leads training for teachers across the country at Jounce partner schools.
Prior to joining Jounce, Jordan spent four years at Mastery Charter School’s Pickett Campus, where he worked as a Middle School Math Teacher. Because of his dedication to the community and impact as a teacher, Jordan received the Rising Star award from the Black Male Educators Conference in 2019. Jordan graduated with a B.A. from the University of Connecticut, and also played for four years on the Men's Varsity Football Team. He holds a Masters Degree of Arts in Teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education and a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from Chestnut Hill College.
Jordan is a father, husband and a sports junkie. Outside of his career and role as a family man, Jordan loves participating in intramural sports, reading self-improvement books, and cooking.
